In 1997, he retired from rock to follow his passion for education and technology and co-founded Charanga. Today he leads a team of talented developers, teachers, writers and producers who work together to help schools provide great music learning for students. Over the past 20 years, Mark’s developed Charanga into a world-leading provider of educational technology for music education. Charanga’s award-winning programmes are used by over 70,000 teachers and 4 million students in 64 countries.
